Paul Qui kicked ass and took nomes at the S. Pellegrino Cooking Cup, a cooking competition slash regatta, in Venice this weekend. Qui was named Young Chef of the Year 2013 thanks to his "inspirational dishes," including a mackerel with tomato dashi and steamed egg custard," and also took home an Inside The Cooking Award. Here's hoping he's not too jet lagged when Qui officially opens June 20. [-EN-]
