Watch The Peached Tortilla Guys Patiently Guide Kelly Ripa Through Making Barbecue Brisket Tacos

The Peached Tortilla truck's Eric Silverstein and Mark Tamiso did the New York City morning show thing on Live With Kelly & Michael today, and they're not just preaching the gospel of barbecue brisket tacos: they're competing in the show's Truckin' Amazing Cook-Off, in hopes of winning $20,000. Now that the truck's segment has aired, viewers have 48 hours to rate the Peached Tortilla on "creativity, presentation and enthusiasm," uh, "among other things," but probably not on "taste," unless someone out there has some remarkably advanced television technology.

Of course, locals don't need tongue-o-vision to know that the Peached Tortilla is the real deal: they'll be serving lunch up north at 101 Louis Henna Boulevard until 1:45 today.
