Sweet Heat Meat, the trailer that won the first annual Trailer Truck-Off, will grandly open tonight at 8 p.m. at the Scoot Inn. Truck chef Tawny Villain, pictured at right celebrating her Truck-Off win, has taken over the former Zorro truck for SHM, where every menu item "combines sweet, heat and meat to achieve the ultimate flavor of a dish."
