Did Paul Qui short a sub-sub-contractor that worked on his new east side restaurant? The Statesman reports that the Crawford Electric Supply Co. has sued Qui, alleging that it hasn't yet been paid for "almost $20,000 worth of lamps, fixtures, conduit and other items for Qui." A "spokeswoman for Qui" offered no comment, "out of respect to our general contractor, his subcontractors, and the other relationships between any and all parties involved." [Statesman]
