Blogger Peter Tsai at the Tasting Buds deems Ramen Tatsu-Ya the finest in town, surprising approximately no one. He compares Austin's ramen offerings to those in Los Angeles in Japan, and finds that Ramen Tatsu-Ya's is "the only broth that really stands up to the other non Austin places [he's] had." Daruma Ramen is Tsai's second favorite, while Michi pulls up third, as it doesn't have "the balance" of Daruma or Tatsu-Ya. [Tasting Buds]
