Noble Sandwich Co.'s Second Location To Serve Sandwiches, Beer, Wine, Charcuterie On Burnet Road

New, 31 comments

Brandon Martinez and John Bates, the guys behind Noble Sandwich Co. (which began meaty, bready life in Austin as the Noble Pig) will launch their new second location on Burnet Road between 49th and Wildcat Run, on the east side of the street between Pinthouse Pizza and The Omelettry. No longer will central Austinites have to trek to near-Cedar Park for their duck pastrami fix.

According to a press release, the central location of the sandwich shop—one of Austin's most recognizable, thanks to appearances on Adam Richman's Best Sandwiches in America and Bleachy McWraparounds' Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives—will "remain true to its roots, serving sandwiches daily from 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.," but stay open later than the northwest outpost, serving beer, wine and charcuterie specials during a 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. happy hour.
