Arro, the new downtown French restaurant from chefs Drew and Mary Catherine Curren, will feature a wine program developed by not one, but two, Master Sommeliers. According to a press release: of the 201 Master Sommeliers on earth, seven live in Texas, including Craig Collins of Dalla Terra Winery Direct and Devon Broglie of Whole Foods. Says Broglie: "We're excited to build a program that is as thrilling for the wine curmudgeon as it is fun and accessible for the wine enthusiast." Arro's scheduled for a June opening. [Eaterwire]
