Sno Boat: Like A Food Truck, But Snow Cones, On A Boat

Take it away, Westlake High School student Christopher Bybee: "Sno Boat is a mobile marine snow cone stand on Lake Austin, serving high quality snow cones, launching in the summer of 2013."

Bybee and two friends have launched a Kickstarter campaign to start Sno Boat, and they've already reached their funding goal. According to their Kickstarter page, Bybee's interest in concessions started after he founded the high school's Tailgating Society. Kids these days.

If all goes to plan, the boat will set refreshing sail this Memorial Day weekend, keeping thirsty patrons apprised of their location via social media.
