Contigo's Andrew Wiseheart tells Zagat about hitchhiking in Croatia and staying in a tiny village there, cooking "the fish I caught that day, the produce that was growing on the island, the bread that somebody had made in the village." He'll be staging at Relae in Copenhagen in August, where he's "excited to see how a restaurant at that caliber operates." In his absence, he says, Contigo won't "skip a beat." [Zagat]
