Northwest Austin's Spin Modern Thai, from Uchi, Uchiko and East Side King vets Tongprom "Ek" Timrerk and Egnipont "Thai" Changthong, is celebrating one year in business with the launch of a new "social hour" menu. Monday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., they'll serve "a rotating list of specially priced plates," including a Sweet Corn Taro Tempura, SPIN Sautéed Sausage and Peek Gai Yaang, "a Thai 'street-style' chicken wing marinated in Thai herbs with a toasted chili dipping sauce."
