Serious Eats' "Ask A Cicerone" slideshow on weird beers features Dog & Duck beer guru Matt Eggers. He says the weirdest brew he's ever tried was a pineapple beer from Odell Brewing Company: "It had been sitting in a fermenter for 9 months with oak staves and wild yeast, and the brewer referred to it as 'A baby that had come to term.'"
