A number of lady mixologists from Austin are up for a wild card spot in this year's national Speed Rack bartending competition. Karah Carmack of San Antonio's Esquire Tavern won the Texas regional event, but Madelyn Kay, of the now-shuttered Haddingtons, Whitney Hobbs of La Condesa and Jessica Sanders and Tacy Rowland of Drink.Well are up for a popular vote.
