Fat Sal's Deli To Take Over Ming's Cafe On The Drag

Last week, Eater Austin heard that Southern California-based Fat Sal's Deli would open its first out-of-state location in West Campus, and now we know it'll go into the old Ming's Cafe spot on the Drag. Ming's closed in December.

The deli, which appears to be especially fond of variations on its slogan, "Hey, we're makin' sandwiches over here!" is co-owned by Entourage co-star Jerry Ferrara. Finally, the bros of West Campus will have a chain sandwich shop to call home.
