Sommelier Dirk Miller, founder of the Glass2Plate supper club and former beverage director at Wink, has passed away at the age of 37. Wink chef and owner Mark Paul posted a message announcing Miller's death on the restaurant's Facebook page. It reads, in part: "Our thanks to everyone who has held Dirk in their thoughts and prayers.
