Peso And Buck's, a bar and diner on Barton Springs serving Mexican and American food on the cheap, opened this week. Originally pitched as a 24-hour restaurant, Peso and Buck's is currently open for lunch and dinner, with breakfast to come next week. From their Facebook page:

Open for LUNCH and DINNER. Come try our brisket enchiladas, pastor tacos, big azz chicken wings (turkey wings), artichoke hearts, burgers, spinach salad, ahi tuna tacos, you will be impressed.
