Happy hour: that magical twilight time when drinks are cheap, appetizers are plentiful, and that dude from sales approaches levels of human tolerability. For some, the happiest hour is when they're able to get pricy cocktails and upscale snacks for a bargain; others prefer to go low, low, low, for dollar deals on draught beers.
