afwballoon150.jpgStudents at the Le Cordon Bleu culinary academy have the benefit of "networking with and cooking side-by-side with respected chefs who might one day be their bosses," when they volunteer to work at the Austin Food & Wine Festival, reports the Statesman's Addie Broyles. Students do much of the prep for events like Rock Your Taco in advance of the festival, and during the weekend have gotten to work alongside the likes of Andrew Zimmern and Masaharu Morimoto.
