Meat and beer: a combination as classic as civilization as we know it. So what better way to celebrate the last day of Eater Burger Week than with a craft beer and specialty burger party?
Eater Austin would like to cordially invite you to Burger Friday: a craft beer cookout at Hops & Grain, featuring exclusive burger bites from Dan Stacy of the Seedling Truck. From 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. this Friday, April 19th, Eater Austin will be beering and burgering outside at the brewery, and we'd love to meet you, our Eater readers whose stomachs have rumbled their way through a whole week of burger-centric coverage.
It's nothing fancy, just a chance to meet the local Eater team and bond with fellow Austinites who appreciate craft beer and finely made, locally sourced food. If you haven't tried Hops & Grain's new pale lager, The One They Call Zoe, this'll be the perfect time; as for the Seedling Truck's offerings, we've heard tell of a ground pork belly burger with bourbon-braised housemade bacon and fennel aioli. Just saying.
At the brewery, Hops & Grain's beer is free to anyone over 21, and your $15 admission includes burger bites and swag: a limited-edition Eater Texas t-shirt. Click here to purchase tickets.
