Food trucks, stuck in limbo after the announcement of new development plans on South Congress, are finally being forced out of the long-time food park on the popular shopping, dining and drinking drag. Trucks have to move out by the end of May to make room for an 82,000 square foot hotel development, which means they're scrambling to find new homes. [KVUE]
