Last night, CultureMap Austin named its 2013 "Tastemakers" in the local culinary industry, with Todd Duplechan and his South First street restaurant Lenoir taking top honors in the chef and restaurant categories. Other "Tastemaker" winners were: pastry chef Laura Sawicki of La Condesa and Sway, sommelier Mark Sayre of TRIO, the Jester King brewery and bartender Tacy Rowland, formerly of Drink.Well.
