Parkside chef Shawn Cirkiel got his start in the restaurant industry at his parents' hippie-dippie vegetarian restaurant in New York. "Our house has always been like a restaurant," Cirkiel tells Zagat. Hence, the inspiration for Olive & June's Sunday dinners: "As a kid, we always ate together on Sundays.
