Austin cheftrepreneur Larry McGuire has made it all the way to the pages of the New York Times, via Texas Monthly. McGuire and his team ("mostly hip young adults") have created restaurants that "share a laid-back sophistication." And, of course, there's the upcoming Jeffrey's revamp, set to open in April, with McGuire ushering in "graceful" change "one plate of oysters, one Nakashima chair and one seersucker suit at a time."
