Sexy chef Ted Prater has launched a new Sunday brunch menu at Banger's Sausage House & Beer Garden, available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The menu includes the "Kitchen Sink," a plate comprised of beef tongue hash with two fried eggs, breakfast sausage, creamy grits, Benton's Smokey Mountain Country Style Ham, red eye gravy, toast and something called "bacon steak," wherein each piece of bacon weighs a quarter of a pound.
