Jacob Weaver Takes Over The ASTI Trattoria Kitchen

Jacob Weaver has signed on as chef at ASTI Trattoria in Hyde Park, following a stint as a sous chef at Perla's and, before that, as culinary director at Haddingtons and Mulberry. Per a press release sent this afternoon:

"We are delighted to welcome Jacob to the ASTI family. We've followed his career with great interest since his early days at Mulberry, and can't wait to share his talent with our guests, " said owner Lisa Fox.
