Flour And Vine opened last week on South Lamar in the former Hugo's Restaurant y Tequila Bar, and it features upscale, locally sourced comfort food, Prohibition-style cocktails and a singing waitstaff. Eater Austin sent photographer Spencer Selvidge out to the revamped restaurant (here's a gander at what the space looked like in its Hugo's incarnation) to get a look inside.
Flour And Vine will serve their regular menu Tuesdays through Sundays from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., staying open later at the end of the week with the bar menu available between 10 p.m. and midnight on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Owner Alex Wu says they'll launch Saturday and Sunday brunch starting the weekend of March 23rd.
