Uchi sous chef Jeramie Robison has been promoted to Chef de Cuisine at Tyson Cole's flagship restaurant, following the departure of Tim Dornon, who joined Paul Qui's Qui as "chef consultant" last month. Robison's worked under Top Cheftestapant John Tesar at the Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas, as well as at Houston's Cinq and, for the last year, as a sous at Uchi.
