The new Salt & Time Butcher Shop And Salumeria soft opened last weekend, and now they're taking a few days to regroup at the new brick-and-mortar spot on East Seventh Street. Via Facebook: "We only have a few more days to wrap up the finishing touches." They'll be back on Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and eventually open for breakfast and lunch daily.
