Salt & Time owner Ben Runkle talks to CultureMap about his new brick-and-mortar butcher shop, which he hopes will become a "neighborhood place" where folks can "grab the stuff you need for the week, and sit down and enjoy a meal." This is his first time developing a menu; they're starting with sandwiches for now but he hopes to expand with soups and salads in the future.
