Dallas chef Tim Byres of Smoke and San Antonio chef Jason Dady will demonstrate live fire recipes on Saturday, while Sunday belongs to Austin: Barley Swine's Bryce Gilmore, Jack Allen's Kitchen's Jack Gilmore, and La Condesa and Sway's Rene Ortiz will lead demos "more intimate than the hands-on grilling classes."
