The Texas Legislature is in session, and Texas craft brewers are lobbying to "loosen regulations" on how and where they can sell their beers. Last summer, legislators sat down for "work sessions" with brewers to "understand the issues that have impeded craft brewing from becoming a more viable niche within its industry." The result could be a boat-up Live Oak brewery. [ABJ]
