Gusto Italian Kitchen's new executive chef, Bologna native Mattia Lambertini, is bringing his "first-hand experience with Italian cuisine" and "one-of-a-kind sense of humor" to the Rosedale restaurant that re-branded itself as Gusto when the previous incarnation, La Sombra, failed to find its place in the neighborhood. Lambertini's previously worked at Michelin-starred restaurant Pappagallo in Bologna and at the five-star Kulm hotel in St. Moritz. [Eaterwire]
