Chef Evan LeRoy of Freedmen's showcased his way around a pig with the lucky guests at the latest stop for Knob Creek's Big Flavor Dinner Series. The menu, which featured bold offerings like smoked hog head cheese crostini and gold top cider brined smoked loin, was matched with a list of innovative cocktails like the wintery Milk Punch—a mix of Knob Creek® Smoked Maple Whiskey, milk, vanilla, orange blossom water, nutmeg, clove and cinnamon. Knob Creek® North American Bourbon Ambassador Adam Harris was also on hand to share fun facts and whiskey history, while chef LeRoy led a no-holds-barred carving demonstration.
