Xian Sushi and Noodle Opens Today, December 27

Xian Sushi and Noodle is opening today in the same complex as the Mueller HEB. They claim to be the first to bring hand-pulled Xian-style noodles to Austin, and their menu features a number preparations including a vegetable noodle soup and red-braised brisket noodles. Noodles for each dish are hand-pulled to order and can be requested in various shapes. They also have a sushi menu focused on rolls like "Mango Lover" and "Tuna Amazing." Hours are Monday-Friday 11:30-3:00 and 5:00-10:00pm, Saturdays 5:00-10:00pm, and Sundays 1:00-9:00pm.
