Royers Round Top Cafe has been serving up glorious pie in the town of Round Top, TX (Pop. 90) for 26 years, and they've had their sights set on Austin since 2011. Finally, Tara "The Pie Queen" Royer Steele and Bud "The Pie Man" Royer are opening a second location smack dab in the middle of the city, much to the joy of Austin pie lovers.
