MUELLER — The chefs of San Francisco's Fatted Calf Charcuterie, Taylor Boetticher and Toponia Miller, will be teaming up with Contigo next Saturday, November 30. The chefs are touring the country in support of their new book In The Charcuterie. They'll be serving up a special charcuterie board based on recipes from the book, and Contigo's regular menu will also be available. [Eaterwire]

QUI NOTES — The Qui team is featured in a Dell video about technology in the kitchen. Paul Qui and PR maven Deana Saukam feature prominently, as do many of the key players at the restaurant. Oh, and there are also a lot of Dell products. [Eaterwire]

SOUTH FIRSTZagat talks to Lenoir pastry chef Jessica Maher about her path to a career in the kitchen. She was actually in graduate school for forensic anthropology but was "completely obsessed with the Food Network." She praises her husband and Lenoir executive chef Todd Duplechan as a collaborator and hints that they're opening something next year, "but it's not a restaurant." [Zagat]
