FAR NORTH — Ramen Tatsu-Ya continues their slow menu expansion with a new lunch offering: vegan mazemen ramen. They helpfully explain that, "Mazemen is a mixing style of ramen with a sauce, rather than broth, meant to coat the noodle for optimum flavor." EAST SIXTH — Fermin Nunez, the new executive chef at East Side Showroom, is launching a monthly guest chef dinner series this Sunday, November 24. According to the press release, "The dinner series will be a monthly event during which Fermin will play host to one local, up and coming chef for one night, highlighting some of Austin's best and brightest young-gun chefs on the scene.
