Qui Chef de Cuisine Tim Dornon's Goodbye Menu

Qui's chef de cuisine Tim Dornon has departed for New York, and to say goodbye, last Saturday, October 5, Qui dedicated an entire menu to him. Dornon was previously the chef de cuisine at Uchiko before leaving to help open Qui, and he has also worked in prestigious New York restaurants such as Daniel and Corton. Qui's Deana Saukam says, "It had been part of the plan for Tim to move back to NYC since he began working with us. We wish him all the best, and will miss him." The entire menu is posted below.
