The New York Post reports that one of the restaurants at the new Meadowlands Racetrack in New Jersey will be House of 'Que, run by former Salt Lick pitmaster Mike Rodriguez. Rodriguez also helped open the Tex-Mex "Chipotle-style" restaurant Tres Carnes in New York's Chelsea neighborhood earlier this year. [NYP/ENYC]
