CultureMap Houston reports that Torchy's Tacos has sued Houston-based Texas Tacos, alleging that they stole recipes from Torchy's "taco bible." Torchy's claims to have video of the taco bible theft, while Texas Tacos bizarrely accuses a "Torchy's owner" of "peeing all over" one of their restrooms.
