Kebabalicious, the popular "European-Turkish" street cart mini-empire, will finally open their East 7th brick and mortar location on November 2. The location's original projected opening was February 2012, which according to the Austin Business Journal was pushed back to September 2012 by permitting delays and then indefinitely. The details on Facebook are scant so far, but Building ATX reported back in August that they applied for an outdoor music permit. The opening festivities will be held from 7-11pm.
