Jodi Elliott, the acclaimed pastry chef at Foreign & Domestic, is bringing a new bakery and dessert bar to the east side called Bribery. In today's Food-O-File, Virginia Wood reports that Elliott is still in lease negotiations, but the forthcoming space will offer coffee and pastries during the day and cocktails and dessert at night.
