Torchy's Tacos is coming to the Mueller Marketplace, in the same complex that houses the new "green" HEB. Their 16th Austin location will boast a full bar and a patio for margarita sippin' overlooking Bartholomew Park. They're scheduled to open in the summer of 2014. [Statesman]
