Five Austin breweries took home medals from last weekend's Great American Beer Festival, which is a combination beer superbowl/beer olympics/happiest place on Earth. Whip In's Namaste Brewery, who may soon have to change their name, took the gold in the "Herb and Spice Beer" category, the third most competitive in the entire festival. [Austin Post]
