Parind Vora has "quietly relaunched" Bar Mirabeau as Tapasitas, a "global tapas restaurant," according to Zagat. Apparently there have been minor changes to the interior, but otherwise the space is the same. Zagat gives the roast beets good marks but finds the mussels "puny." [Zagat]
