Signage went up recently for Hay Elotes!! at 2214 East 7th Street. The store will be take-out only, offering fruit cups, sodas, and, of course, elotes, or Mexican street corn for the uninitiated. No word yet on an official opening, but remodeling work is underway in the former liquor store space.
