Cold weather is crappy for business at food trucks, because human beings find eating outside when it is cold and rainy to be generally unpleasant. The Original New Orleans Po-Boy and Gumbo Shop trailer owner tells KVUE that his business on South Congress is down by a third, and other trucks just aren't opening at all at the North Austin Trailer Yard.
