North Austin patio, volleyball and sports bar Weirdo's has closed, but maybe not permanently sort of, it depends. Owners Jesse and Cecelia Fortney can't seem to come to an agreement with their landlord, Sharon Ma, and have taken their issues to court. Among them: the fact that the Weirdo's property isn't zoned for a bar and that it's in a flood plain, which the Fortneys apparently had no knowledge of when they rented the place. The Fortneys are suing Ma for "breach of contract and fraud." [ABJ]
