The complete schedule, announced today, for the second annual Austin Food & Wine Festival includes seminars such as: "Unpretentious Dishes" from former Top Chef cheftestapant Brian Malarky (who'll open Searsucker, on in a line of sartorially named restaurants, downtown in June), "Sexy Leftovers" from Marcus Samuelsson and "Qui Ingredients" from, you guessed it, Paul Qui.
Tickets to the April 26-28 event at Auditorium Shores are either $850—that's the "Savor" pass, which includes VIP perks, the Rock Your Taco and Taste Of Texas kick-off events) or $250 for the "Taste" pass, which has the option of "upgrading" for the taco and kick-off events.
