Chef Shuffle

Jason Donoho, the former Asti/FINO executive chef who joined the Alamo Drafthouse team in July 2012, has officially been named the cinema-eatery's "Research and Development Chef." He'll be "responsible for the overall vision of the Alamo Drafthouse's menu," on a team "driving the national food offerings." The Drafthouse also recently named in-house veteran Trish Eichelberger their "Austin Market Concept Chef." [Eaterwire]
