Why do so many Austin food trucks look so cool? Because this one dude is real freaking good at his job. His name is Jeremy Bustillos, and he's the designer behind Hey Cupcake (his first) and a whole host of mobile eateries in town. One of his latest is Guac 'n Roll, complete with a 32" flat-screen television installed into the side. Says Bustillos: "People keep calling, and we keep doing 'em." [KVUE]
